- In 1953 Harikisun Brothers Limited in collaboration with Narseys Limited formed Narhari Electrical Company Limited to become the sole agent for Matsushita Electrical Company Limited, which is now Panasonic Corporation, a multinational Electronics Corporation based in Kadoma, Japan to distribute Panasonic brands of electronics and electrical goods in Fiji.
- The company was the first to introduce portable transistor radios in Fiji.
- In mid-1980’s Narseys Limited sold its shares in Narhari to Harikisun Brothers and since then they have become the sole trader of Narhari Electrical Co Pte Ltd.
